Terms of Service for Nitro Empire Discord Nitro Sniping Service

Please read these terms of service ("Agreement") carefully before using our Discord Nitro sniping service ("Service"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Service provided by Nitro Empire ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Description of Service 1.1 The Service offered by Nitro Empire enables users to utilize our sniping bot to automatically attempt to claim Discord Nitro codes when they become available. 1.2 Nitro Empire does not guarantee the successful acquisition of any Discord Nitro codes, as their availability and allocation are outside our control.

Account Registration 2.1 To access and use our Service, you must create an account with Nitro Empire and provide accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. 2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify Nitro Empire immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

No Refunds 3.1 All sales made through Nitro Empire are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. 3.2 In the event that a Discord Nitro code obtained through our Service is found to be invalid or expired, we will provide a replacement snipe attempt at our discretion. 3.3 Nitro Empire reserves the right to refuse replacement snipe attempts if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of our Service.

Use of the Service 4.1 You agree to use the Service solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. 4.2 You shall not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws or regulations. 4.3 You acknowledge that the Service may only be used in accordance with the Discord Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability 5.1 Nitro Empire shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service. 5.2 Nitro Empire does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service and shall not be responsible for any errors or interruptions in its operation.

Modification of Terms 6.1 Nitro Empire reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time without prior notice. 6.2 By continuing to use the Service after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms of service.

Governing Law 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your jurisdiction]. 7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in civil and Sharia laws.
